After the success of the first in-house training course in cooperation with Pernice Comunicazione, it was decided to continue with this trend.

The second session was held on April 23rd 2022 at the Humantech Group headquarters in Torre de’ Roveri in the province of Bergamo.

The theme of this second course was corporate communication. By these terms is meant a complex of activities and interactions in which the company is involved and which aim to influence attitudes and behaviour towards the company on the part of various stakeholders.

Corporate communication is divided into two main branches:

• Internal communication: this refers to all communication activities directed at a target group within the company itself.
• External communication: this refers to the communication interchanges that the company has with external systems and others.
