Data type and source

Navigation data

During normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire certain personal data (called log files); their transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but could, by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the Website and to check it works correctly.

Personal data provided voluntarily by the data subject

The Humantech Group collects and processes personal data directly and knowingly provided by users via the website, when filling in the forms in the “Training”, “Contact us” and “Work with us” sections. These data are common data such as name, surname, telephone and e-mail address. For spontaneous applications, the Data Controller may also collect personal data contained in the CV attached voluntarily by the user.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages through the forms described, and e-mails to the address indicated on the website, entails acquisition of the sender’s address, needed to reply to requests, and any other personal data included in the message sent.

Purpose of data processing and legal basis

The personal data shall be used to answer and satisfy any request made by the user and to manage the pre-contractual relationship with the Humantech Group (e.g. request for information, contact following a spontaneous application).

For the above purposes, the legal basis legitimising processing lies in the need to have the personal data available to perform pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (ex art 6.1 letter b) GDPR).

Procesing

Personal data will be processed using suitable electronic tools or manually on paper, applying a logic strictly related to the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in a way that guarantees data security and confidentiality.

How they are provided

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, providing personal data is optional. However, please note that failure to do so will make it impossible for the Data Controller to perform the activities described. So if you wish to receive information on the Humantech Group products and services, make a contact request, or apply for positions available, you must fill in the fields indicated in the relevant data collection form.

Communication and dissemination of data

If needed and/or instrumental to the performance of the aforesaid purposes, personal data may be processed on behalf of the Humantech Group by people authorized to do so during their work duties; and possibly by external parties assigned to perform services of various kinds, such as the maintenance and support of the website and related services. The latter are appointed by the Data Controller as External Processors.

Personal data will not be transferred OUTSIDE the EU and will under no circumstances be disclosed to unspecified parties.

Duration of processing

For the purposes described above (the legal basis of which lies in execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject), personal data will only be stored for as long as needed for contacting the data subject.

At the end of the prescribed retention period, the Humantech Group will delete the personal data.

Rights of the data subject

We would like to remind you that you may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR at any time and, in particular, request information on the existence and characteristics of processing of your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and/or request transmission of your personal data to another data controller.

In order to exercise your rights, and receive any information relating thereto and/or to this Policy, you may contact the Controller by writing to the e-mail address info@gruppohumentech.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority pursuant to article 77 GDPR.
