On 5 March 2022, an internal training course on Store Marketing, promoted by the Pernice Comunicazione team, was held at the headquarters of the Humantech orthopaedic workshops in Torre de’ Roveri in the province of Bergamo.
During this short course, Humantech Group employees were exposed to the meaning, effectiveness and applications of store marketing, which, in a context such as that of orthopaedic shops, can make all the difference in terms of customer and patient relations.
In short, it is a complex of strategies that companies can use to engage customers within a shop. It is basically a set of strategies to interact and connect with the customer on site.
Store marketing brings several advantages:
- customers are already on site and already focused on buying.
- it increases sales and promotes additional services, as it is a promotional tool.
- it supports re-engagement and remarketing, through online data collection.
