Welcome to Humantech S.r.l. internal reporting channel.

On March 30th, 2023, the Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, known as the “Whistleblowing Decree,” came into force. This decree implements EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of individuals who report breaches of national or EU regulations that they become aware of in their professional context.
In compliance with this legislation, Humantech S.r.l. has implemented its internal reporting channel, which allows individuals to submit reports—either written or oral—while ensuring the utmost confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the reported individual, the content of the report, any attached documents and any other individuals mentioned.

By clicking on the “Submit a new report” button, you will be prompted to fill out a form where you must provide specific information regarding the report.
You may also submit your report orally by requesting a meeting with the Report Manager, who will sched-ule it within the time limits provided by the company’s whistleblowing procedure.

Please keep your unique identification number safe generated after submitting your report. If you lose it, the number cannot be retrieved or duplicated in any way. As a result, you will not be able to monitor the status of your report or communicate with the Report Manager appointed by Humantech S.r.l.

Lastly, even if you choose to provide your personal data while completing the form, your identity, the con-tent of the report, and the identity of the reported individual will always remain confidential.
